Gluten-free offer
The gluten-free and lactose-free food at Hotel Villa Madonna is a unique treat. The restaurant offers specialities from the traditional cuisine of the Alps and other Italian regions. There is a separate gluten-free kitchen and pastry laboratory entirely dedicated to the preparation of gluten-free food and desserts, to eliminate any danger of contamination. A separate dining room for all guests, where at least one person eats gluten-free, is provided. A large, separate breakfast buffet is offered as well as lunch and dinner. Customers with celiac disease can sit down at the table without any worries and enjoy everything freshly prepared.

Specialities
Hotel Villa Madonna offers some special events, such as the Glutenfree Weekend (2 Nights, 23. – 25. May 2025). And the Celiac Week (19.-26. October 2025), with a gluten-free workshop on one day (to be announced), cooking South-Tyrolean dishes, and gluten-free coaching another day (to be announced).
