Elisabeth and Julia are your hosts who will pamper you with enjoyable, gluten-free meals. Already since 2003, gluten-free breakfast and dinner options are being offered to gluten-free guests, making the Schlaneiderhof a safe and experienced place to stay as a celiac.
For breakfast, a buffet full of home-baked gluten-free bread and pastries is served. Later on, you can try the daily lunch menu or a homemade cake. The menues for dinner are inspired by South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine with fresh and regional ingredients, where almost everything can be prepared gluten-free as well. Be ready for some regional specialties!Please note: Even though Schlaneiderhof offers a great gluten-free experience, gluten-containing meals are prepared regularly. Please state that you have a gluten-free diet when booking and on arrival.
