Every morning, the hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury items, including gluten-free options. Gluten-free dishes are marked accordingly, and gluten-free baked goods are served directly at your table by the waiters to avoid any risk of contamination.
For lunch and dinner, you can visit the traditional restaurant ‘Al Braciere’, which is attached to the hotel. This restaurant is also safe for travellers with celiac disease and is therefore recommended by the AiC. All dishes are available in a completely gluten-free version, so you can enjoy Italian classics from pizza to seafood and tiramisu for dessert without any worries. There is a separate work surface and two dedicated ovens for gluten-free pizzas. The restaurant is a real gluten-free speciality here, as pasta, bread, pizza and desserts are made by hand using their own (secret!) dough mixtures.Please let the team know upon booking and arrival about your intolerances.
