Hotel Weiss is a very recommendable stay for gluten-free guests and has been catering delicious and safe gluten-free food for more than 20 years. Celiacs are welcome to enjoy a worry-free experience with an own breakfast corner with different types of home-made, gluten-free bread, muesli and more. For dinner, you get to choose between two curated gluten-free menus with four courses. Dishes are based on Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine with regional products.
On request, a gluten-free lunch is available as well, which can even be orderered to go. And for the celiac sweet tooth, an afternoon snack is offered, with gluten-free pastries and apple strudel!Please remark that you wish gluten-free dishes upon booking and arrival.
