Perfect to relax and explore. The hotel has been family-run for several generations in the hands of family Innerhofer-Fauster. One thing is for sure: at Hotel Drumlerhof, every guest experience is the same, whether celiac or not. The host Ruth herself is a celiac and creates gluten-free specialties for over 20 years.

At the gluten-free friendly Drumlerhof, you can taste the region’s best gluten-free dishes: sandwiches, cakes, strudel, pasta and pizza. The kitchen is specially designed for this purpose, with a separate space reserved exclusively for the preparation of gluten-free dishes. Ruth and her kitchen team have been working on new recipes for years, always improving.
In the Restaurant Drumlerstuben, breakfast and lunch á la carte or a packed lunch on the go is offered. The culinary experience continues with afternoon desserts and peaks at dinner.
