Various activities are offered throughout your day which can take place in nature, or within the retreat with yoga and pilates classes, sound healing and meditation.

For full relaxation, you can enjoy the spa- and wellness-area inside and outside and book different healing therapies, beauty treatments and massages. Furthermore, Eden Retreat has a Vitality Centre, where you can do rejuvenating treatments with a more science-led approach.
