As a celiac you will be accommodated with a full breakfast experience, with safe ingredients and preperation using separate utensils and cooking surfaces.
The gluten-free menu includes varied bread, muffins and cereals, as well as dishes prepared fresh in the morning. Sweet options like gluten-free pancakes are available, as well as savory egg dishes and French toast. And sometimes, even the daily breakfast special can be prepared gluten-free.
