The reason we started this tour is because we noticed a lot of guests are moving towards a gluten free diet. Whilst some vendors have embraced this with various options on their menus, some places still don’t cater for GF. We really want as many people to be able to enjoy food tours as we can. We can´t wait to show you around!
The gluten free London Bridge & Borough market food tour is a completely private experience for just you and your group. You’ll be led on an exploration of one of the best street food markets, sampling gluten free dishes from around the world. All freshly prepared and served to you by some of London’s coolest vendors. With your guide´s insider knowledge of the area you will get to the best spots and pre-order some dishes so you are not queuing.
The area is steeped in history. From once being the Roman army’s crossing point of the river Thames through to Shakespearean times, and on to todays modern world this area is full of the weird and wonderful stories that make London the city it is. A friendly local with a knack of storytelling will led you through it.
A walk around Borough market and the surrounding is like being in a living film set. Bridget Jone’s house, the pub from British gangster classic Lockstock and even a Harry Potter set all appear on the tour.

It’s the food that steals the show. Gluten-free arepas, unique dishes from the middle east and Asia and some regional classics mean you’ll be full and satisfied by the tours end. You will taste plenty of gluten-free food as you explore the market and enjoy a refreshing drink at a traditional English pub!

The team has specifically tailored the food stops on this tour to cater for gluten-free guests. Whilst the dishes are all gluten free, they can not control any of the kitchens or guarantee that there is no cross contamination. To ensure the gluten-free safety, please ask the guide who will gladly help you to communicate and emphasise it to the vendors.
