The hotel owner and chef Deniz Zembo made his own experience with food intolerances and therefore likes to provide guests with similar restrictions with a comfortable stay. The chefs are trained to take necessary precautions for gluten-free safety. Gluten-free dishes are prepared with dediacted utensils to reduce contamination risk and the team created a specific gluten-free menu. For the breakfast, gluten-free bread is available and you can pick from the buffet between eggs, grilled vegetables and more gluten-free items which are labeled.
