With advance notice, the riad kitchen is happy to adapt your meals to gluten-free needs, especially at breakfast. It includes many naturally gluten-free options such as fruit, eggs yoghurt, vegetables and Mocorran dishes like bean soup. Furthermore, the team serves locally baked gluten-free bread.
For lunch and dinner, the kitchen team likes to prepare dishes with fresh ingredients from the local markets and therefore recommends to let them know in advance if you wish to dine at the riad. For celiacs, the dishes can be tailored to dietary requirements on request, with Morrocan dishes such as salats and tagines.Specialities
The riad team is happy to assist in arranging private guided walking tours of the medina and day trips to surrounding destinations, ideal for guests who want to experience local culture and landscapes.
