The cafeteria offers gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan alternatives. You can choose from a wide variety of gluten-free breakfasts suitable for celiacs, with sweet, salty and healthy options. Among others, fruit smoothies, açaí bowls, toasts and sandwiches, and cakes. Dishes with gluten-free bread cost 1 Euro extra. The cakes on the counter change every day and there are always gluten-free cakes which are made especially for celiacs and gluten intolerant guests. Apart from breakfast, you can have sandwiches and more for brunch and dinner as well. Safety protocols are followed by the team to avoid cross contamination.
