Boutique Hotel Goldener Adler is the oldest Inn in Ischgl, which is a glamorous village and sports metropolis. Each of the 37 rooms is individually designed and ensures comfort and absolute relaxation. The hotel is not only celiac friendly, but has dedicated itself for gluten-free guests to the motto: “Let go, be human & enjoy carefree”. Enjoyment on your holiday despite celiac disease is a top priority. The manager, Hermine Kurz, has been affected by celiac disease since childhood. Inspired by that, the kitchen team has been catering to gluten-free guests for more than 45 years.

Hotel Goldener Adler is a great place for delicious gluten-free and lactose-free food. The cuisine is a combination of traditional Tyrolean and modern dishes with focus on high quality. The kitchen specializes in gluten-free delicacies such as kaiserschmarrn, golden-brown wienerschnitzel, apple strudel, knoedel, spaetzle, pasta or juicy cakes every day. The half board package includes a generous breakfast buffet featuring regional products, an afternoon “Skier-Snack” (in winter) and a 4 course dinner with salad and cheese buffet.
Gluten-free guests may choose from a broad celiac bread menu what they wish for breakfast, from breads and crispy rolls to sweet pastries such as nut snails or pancakes.Specialities
Each July, the dietician and celiac Andrea Hill organizes a celiac workshop for guests at Goldener Adler. Guests can take part during their summer holiday in Ischgl and bake gluten-free delicacies such as apple strudel, crispbread, pizza, crumble cake, bread rolls or pastry boats.
